What I learned
building this
Automation products live on trust — the logs and timeline views mattered more to users than the automation itself, because they prove nothing spammy happens in their name.
Rate-limit-aware queueing is an art: bursts get accounts flagged, so the scheduler spreads actions with natural jitter.
AI output needs guardrails — every generated interaction passes tone and safety checks before it ships.
